Ancestral Gifts: Drawing Your Family Mandala What is this? A mandala is a naturally balanced circle. In this workshop, we’ll use circles and shapes to represent the family who came together, generation after generation, to create the person you are today. We’ll draw pairs going back seven generations, opening our felt sense to the gifts our ancestors have passed down. Gifts from your ancestors The gifts that come from our loving ancestors are many and varied. By acknowledging them, we can receive them. This is a way to engage with what has been bestowed upon you, and also a way to send blessings back to those who came before. How we’ll work NeuroGraphica® has specific steps that guide us deeper into our internal awareness. We’ll use these steps throughout to acknowledge what we see, feel, sense, and understand as we go.
