It is not part of the Samuel J tour, and every package above works for it, so you can book it right alongside your tour stops and the multi-event discount counts it too.

Southern Hall. Samuel J is likely playing the 25th, not locked in yet. It is their conference, not ours, so we sell nothing for it. They run their own vendor market and their own ticketing, so go straight to them and say UNITE sent you.
Like speed dating, this is a way for participants to get a feel for many different wellness techniques, modalities and practitioners in a short time. Practitioners offer back to back, 10 minute free mini intro sessions to participants.

Common questions
Which event does my package cover?
Each package is for one tour stop - tap the date right on the package card to add it. Doing several stops? Tap them all and the discount applies automatically: two stops 15% off, three 20%, four or more 25% (four stops of the same package makes the 4th free).
What happens after I pay?
You will get your receipt right away, then a personal welcome from Shine & Kristall within 24 hours. We confirm your stop, add you to the Facebook group chat, and gather your name, website, bio and logo for your custom promo graphic, social posts and the event page listing.
What if I cannot make it?
Plans change and we understand. Just let us know and we will either refund you or transfer your package to a future event, whichever works better for you. Text or email us any time.
Do I get a table? What should I bring?
Basic++ and up include a table (4 ft at Basic++, 2' / 6' at Prime and above). Basic and Basic+ folks bring their own small table or small setup. SpeedHealers get a small SpeedHealer spot with chairs included.
How do SpeedHealing sessions work? Can I charge?
You offer free 10 minute mini intro sessions back to back (4 per hour, 3 hours of SpeedHealing time, time-slot sheet provided). There's no monetary exchange between SpeedHealers & attendees for the sample sessions. If you wish to offer paid sessions, a vendor ticket will need to be purchased.
Can I sell products AND offer sessions?
Yes. Any package can be for a vendor OR SpeedHealer: sell things, and stay set up the whole time ($111.11 spots pack down when the evening show begins).
How do I pay?
Add your packages to the cart above, choose your tour stop for each, and check out securely by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Any multi-event discount is applied automatically. Card payments add the card processing cost (about 2.9% + 30¢) at cost, nothing on top of that. Prefer e-transfer? You skip that fee entirely. Send your total to connect@unite.love (there is an e-transfer button in the cart that fills in the amount for you). Extra tickets are on the event page.
Who comes to UNITE events?
A large network of high vibe wellness enthusiasts: 11,900 attendees across 155 events, at venues from Science World and the Planetarium to a harbour cruise ship. Watch a past event video to feel the room.
What's the Halfmoon Bay retreat?
Halfmoon Bay (Oct 16–19) is a Sunshine Coast retreat weekend with Samuel & Sarah. It is a retreat, not an expo, so there are no vendor or SpeedHealer spots for it. Come as a guest instead: samjmusic.com/retreat. The Oct 17 Gibsons concert & expo is the Sunshine Coast stop with packages.
What's the Spirit Plant Medicine Conference?
SPMC is at Southern Hall in Vancouver, and Samuel J is likely playing the 25th, not locked in yet. It's their conference, not ours, so there are no vendor, SpeedHealer or sponsor packages for it. They run their own vendor market and ticketing, so apply or buy directly through their vendor application and tell them UNITE sent you.
What's the Nov 14 Cacao Cathedral?

Why can't I buy a Seattle package?
Seattle (Oct 9) is a confirmed stop, but we don't sell vendor or sponsor packages across the US border for it. Tap Seattle on the tour rail and request a spot, we'll sort it out directly.
What's the venue and start time for my stop?
Confirmed venues so far: Vancouver Sep 14 at St. James Community Square (St. James Hall) in Kitsilano, Toronto at Eglinton St. George's United Church, Gibsons at High Beam Dreams, and the Nov 14 Cacao Cathedral at Christ Church Cathedral. Tap any stop on the tour rail and the confirmation shows its venue too. The daytime UNITE Wellness Expo & SpeedHealing runs before the evening concert, that's your main selling window. Venue and schedule details live on each stop's own listing, FB for RSVP, Eventbrite for tickets & venue info (the Nov 14 Cacao Cathedral event is a separate UNITE event, not part of the Samuel J tour, and is on FB). Venue varies for events not at St. James Hall.
How to make the most of your experience
✦ Offer something free in exchange for emails, e.g. a draw for a free session
✦ After a SpeedHealing session, set up a free call or paid session & book it in the 5 minutes between sessions
✦ Print a sheet with a QR code to your website or booking calendar to encourage people to follow up and book a full session
✦ Carry on offering free intro sessions to those who aren't able to experience your offering on the day of the event
✦ Have visual info for people who come by your table when you're busy
✦ QR code for Google reviews etc.
✦ Bring a friend or coworker to support you while you work (they will need to purchase a ticket if they want to experience the evening offerings)

Samuel J is an award-winning British musician with 20+ years where music meets wellness, Glastonbury, Lollapalooza, the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, and stages shared with Lauryn Hill, Michael Franti and Ben Harper. Is there a workshop as well as the concert?
In most cities, Samuel & Sarah host their Into the Light music-and-wellness workshop the day after the concert. Sponsors get a second touch point there; if you'd like to know whether vendor or SpeedHealer spots are available at the workshops too, text us and we'll confirm for your city.
