About
Back by popular demand ... UNITE is honoured once again to bring 🌿 ANAHATA 🌿 by Quantum Life back to Vancouver! This is a deep and expansive Cacao, Light, Breath 🌬️ & Sound journey, guiding you back into the heart 💚 happening for the first time in a breathtaking Cathedral (downtown Vancouver) 🙌
Experience enhanced by UNITE's afternoon Wellness Expo with sound baths, vendors & free sample wellness SpeedHealing sessions 🙌
Whether you're new to breathwork or a seasoned practitioner, the cathedral holds space for wherever you are on your journey. Come as you are. Leave transformed.
💚 What You Might Experience 🙌 Transformative healing & personal breakthroughs 😄 Profound sense of joy & inner peace 😮💨 Release of deep-rooted emotions & old patterns 🙏 Renewed connection to your inner divinity 🌎 Expanded awareness & clarity on your life path ✨ Direct experience of the sacred within
🌿 What Is ANAHATA? A transformative breathwork meditation guided by Paul & Kathie Scott of Quantum Life, using the sacred technologies of: 🍫 Raw Cacao: the heart-opening medicine that activates bliss neurons and prepares the body for deep release 🌬️ Rhythmic Breathwork: an ancient practice that moves stagnant energy, releases trapped emotion, and opens pathways to expanded consciousness 🎵 Sacred Sound: live vocal activation and the natural resonance of cathedral acoustics carrying you deeper into the journey
✨ Why The Cathedral? When you breathe in this space, you breathe with centuries of devotion. The cathedral amplifies the work. The sound reverberates through your body. The experience deepens. This is breathwork as sacred ceremony. This is healing as homecoming.
