How Uni Handles Your Data
Plain language. No legalese. Everything you need to know about what Uni collects, how it's used, and your choices.
What Uni Collects
What you share in conversation How you're feeling, what you're going through, what helps. This is what lets Uni get better at matching and technique selection.
Wellbeing scores The 1-10 ratings before and after a technique. This is the most important data Uni collects because it shows what actually works.
Contact info, only if you share it Name, email, phone, or Instagram handle. Only collected if you voluntarily share it to connect with a practitioner. Never required.
Basic session info When you chatted, how many messages, which techniques were mentioned. No device identifiers, no location, no tracking pixels.
How It's Used
To help you feel better in the moment.
To learn which techniques work best for different situations, so Uni gets smarter over time.
To match you with the right practitioner if you want that connection.
Aggregate patterns, like "breathwork helps most people with anxiety," are used to improve Uni for everyone. No individual conversations are ever shared publicly.
Who Sees It
Our team sees aggregate patterns, like "breathwork helped 80% of people with anxiety," but does not read individual conversations in the normal course of operations.
Full conversation access is restricted to safety and compliance reviews only. All such access is logged with a timestamp and reason.
Your name and contact info are only visible if you chose to share them.
Nobody outside the UNITE team ever sees your conversations.
No third-party analytics, no ad networks, no data brokers.
Your Choices
Say this in chat for a fully anonymous conversation. Your messages won't be visible to the UNITE team. Uni still responds normally.
Permanently removes your conversation, messages, and any info you shared. Cannot be undone. Uni will confirm when it's done.
No account, no login, no profile to manage. You can just leave anytime.
