The Practitioner Playbook
How one live event a month becomes a month of content, and how that content sends people to your booking page. This is the exact system we run on ourselves. Nothing here is theory.
The problem it solves
Most practitioners are trying to convert strangers. Someone sees a post, has never felt your work, and is asked to book a paid session on faith. That is a cold ask, and it is why marketing feels awful when you are good at healing and nobody taught you the rest.
The fix is not more posting. It is letting people feel the work first, then making sure that moment keeps working for you all month.
The loop
Four steps. Each one feeds the next.
- Host a live online event. One a month is enough. This is your long-form content and it is free to run.
- Cut the recording into clips. One event gives you a month of short-form. Host weekly and it multiplies.
- Post the clips everywhere. Up to six platforms. The clips point back at what you sell.
- People book you having already felt your work. Warm conversation, not a cold pitch.
What it actually costs you in time
This is the part people get wrong. They imagine a content operation. It is closer to an afternoon.
- The event: about 3 hours. An hour on ideation, an hour on marketing it, an hour running it.
- The clips: about 10 minutes. Five to connect your socials, five to schedule the batch.
That is it. The recording does the rest of the work, and it keeps doing it after you have moved on.
You do not have to wait for a new event to start. If you already have recordings sitting in a folder, a past talk, an old workshop, a livestream nobody clipped, start there today. Old content works exactly the same way. Most practitioners are sitting on a month of clips they have already filmed and never used.
What it costs in money
A clipping tool runs about $40 a month and it does the cutting for you. We use OpusClip and we set it up with you. That is the only thing you strictly need to buy.
A booking page and calendar runs $16 to $20 a month elsewhere. Video hosting is around $17. On UNITE both are free, along with your profile, your directory listing, running SpeedHealing and hosting LoveStreams. No membership and no card.
Why the live 1:1 matters more than the clip
A clip earns attention. A short live 1:1 earns trust, and trust is what gets booked.
That is the whole idea behind SpeedHealing: short sessions in rotation in front of a live audience, like speed dating but for wellness. People experience several practitioners, then book the ones who resonated. We have facilitated over 6,000 of these sessions. The line practitioners repeat back to us most is that it is the best return they have had on marketing spend.
The mistake almost everyone makes
They run the event, feel good about it, and stop. No clips, no follow-up, and the whole thing evaporates in a week.
The event is the raw material. What you do in the ten minutes afterward is what turns it into a month of reach. If you only take one thing from this: never let a recording sit unused.
What we have run this on
155 live events. 11,900 people through the room. Over 6,000 SpeedHealing sessions. 1.3M+ podcast streams and 5M+ views across our channels. All figures as of August 2026.
Those are our numbers from running this on ourselves. They are not a forecast of yours. What they show is that the method works when you actually run it.
You can do all of this on your own, for free, starting today. The membership is for the part that is harder alone: the monthly coaching, a room of practitioners doing the same work, us promoting what you make, and the clipping done for you from Healers Pro up.
